A New Way To Connect
Seems like only yesterday, I was filled to the brim with impatience, awaiting the moment when I could finally present you with a project that’s been in the works for a few years now. After recently announcing it on social media, I can now officially present to you DanieleHenkel.tv
In the privacy of studios, sets, and offices, our dedicated team has been working hard for the past few months on creating a new digital media collective offering videos, articles, and podcasts. It’s with tremendous joy and excitement that we can finally share with you the fruits of our labour.
Why go this route in an over-saturated digital media world you ask? Well, to answer a question that people often ask me: how can we do business while staying connected to our humanity in a world where we need that more than ever. Our digital media collective offers a place where people in business can meet, discover themselves, and encourage one another for a stronger economy.
Who are these entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, business buyers, and the ones who transfer their businesses? What is the ecosystem in which they exist, and flourish? What makes their projects possible? What does being a business woman or man mean on all fronts – professional, social, personal, and family life? Do we need to modify certain tools, certain rules to ensure that their current needs are met? Together let’s meet the instigators, creators and builders that change the world everyday in their own way, whether on a large or small scale.
Reflecting my honest, direct, and respectful ways, DanieleHenkel.tv will address real subjects, no roundabouts, no taboos, in hopes to improve our society and shed some light on what we can do to help one another. We’re taking it one step further by offering solutions and tools to support entrepreneurs every step of the way, assisting them on their journey to success. So many resources are available to help business owners and entrepreneurs, but unfortunately they are not being considered since most people are not even aware they exist.
According to Edelman’s Trust Barometer, which measures public confidence and the credibility of institutions worldwide, people’s confidence continues to decline. Fewer than one in two people (48%) say they trust the four key institutions – government, media, businesses, and NGOs. So I ask, how do we get out of this collective slump in an era of fake news, sex scandals, municipal fraud, and tax havens? By creating an inclusive space, where experts and observers of the entrepreneurial world break down the barriers of the silo mentality, and replace it with an openness to collaborate. By providing support and fostering a sense of belonging for our exceptional entrepreneurs. And, by becoming conscious of the incumbent responsibilities we share to open ourselves up to others, to lend a hand, and to become the change we so desperately need.
