A true inspiration for entrepreneurs, Danièle Henkel has made her mark in Quebec – and across the globe. Despite all the obstacles that have stood in her way, her leadership and determination have propelled her to the top of the business world, particularly in the field of medical aesthetics and well-being.
A strong advocate for many causes that are dear to her, she transforms every challenge into professional and personal achievement. Her best-selling autobiography has empowered several generations of strong, confident women. At the forefront of women’s entrepreneurship, she never hesitates to finance, support, mentor and invest in businesses she believes in, which she demonstrated during her appearances on five seasons of the Quebec TV show “Dans l’œil du Dragon” (Quebec version of Dragons’ Den).
Over the years, she’s received many awards and distinctions. Here are a few examples :
– Named Knight of the National Order of Merit by the President of the French Republic in 2017.
– Awarded the Medal of Honor of the Quebec National Assembly in 2016, and again in 2018.
She was recently named Leadership Champion at the Women Entrepreneurs Finance Initiative in collaboration with the World Bank. She is the only Canadian and French-speaking woman to ever be selected. Her role is to promote women’s financial independence on a global scale.

A journalist by training, Sébastien Grenache was first noticed as a reporter for TQS. In 2007, he was asked to be a consultant for the development of the Dubai Studio City.
He made the leap into production in 2008. He participated in creating V by producing TV shows moving from TQS to the new network. In 2010 he joined the Trio Orange team, where he was assigned with creating a news bulletin for V. He produced the daily news show V_Express for two years and supervised the production of many other shows, such as Boutique MC Gilles and Dubois en réalité. He oversees the operations of Trio Orange Médias, an entity that offers a multitude of creative solutions for numerous well-known commercial clients such as BMR, Jean Coutu, CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation, the City of Montreal¸ and many more. For three years, Sébastien Grenache also managed the operations of the brands and digital content platforms created by Trio Orange to offer new opportunities to commercial clients.
Grenache is always looking for new business partners to diversify the company’s opportunities and assets.
Mélissa Proulx is a journalist, news contributor, and copywriter. Passion and creativity have been driving her to create rich and diverse journalistic content since 2002.
With a bachelor’s degree in French literature from the University of Ottawa, and a diploma in journalism, Mélissa Proulx was only 21 years old when she was offered the reins to the weekly cultural publication Voir Gatineau-Ottawa, which she managed for eight years. Her path eventually lead her back home to oversee the lifestyle section of Voir Montréal, and work as assistant editor in chief of Enfants Québec.
As an independent journalist, she’s collaborated with La Presse, La Presse+, and a number of other Quebec-based magazines such as Ricardo, Moi&Cie, Clin d’oeil, Vélo Mag and Forces. Over the years, she’s made her mark as a copywriter in the business, health, food, family, and art sectors. Her flair for new trends has opened the door to the radio and television worlds of ICI Radio-Canada where she’s been featured as a contributor on guest segments.
This energetic mom of two boys particularly enjoys meeting with the brilliant creative minds of today.
Florence Thouin has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications (cultural and media production strategies) from the Université du Québec à Montréal. Her interest in the world of social networks stems primarily from her love of people and her communication skills. Her desire to understand others and her altruism have always led her to be in contact with the community developing around her.
Florence finds happiness everywhere she goes. Whether it’s in the cultural, musical and event sectors or through photography and writing, she passionately embraces everything she takes on. Her first experience in community management was during the Francos de Montréal and the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal 2018. After spending part of her summer moderating digital platforms for the abundance of performances, she realized that her creativity and attention to detail make this work a perfect match for her.

Jeff-Andy Clergé specializes in business development and in creating opportunities. His creativity, versatility and adaptibility distinguish him from his peers.
